Returns and RefundsRETURNS -If you are unhappy with any item or simply just change your mind we can help by giving you the choice of a store credit or exchange of items. - Sale items can only be returned for a store credit - If you want a refund you have 14 days after recieving your order to do so - Return shipping will be at buyers expense - The returned product must still be in new condition - In the case the returned parcel is fragile it must be packed safely to ensure it doesnt get harmed - If the returned item/s are not in new condition we are able to decline the refund and or store credit - Note: Communication is key and we are more then happy to answer any questions or worries. We will keep you informed of what is happening with your order.

Shipping: how and where?At this time we are only shipping within Australia and all orders are shipped through Australia Post. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all parcel orders. Free shipping is available within Australia for all orders over $70. Free pickup from Horsley NSW is available upon making an appointment. All items are in stock and will be shipped within two days unless specified on the product otherwise. If thats the case you can asked to be notified when it comes back in stock :)
